The Spreader LC 120 has been designed for trouble free spreading of all stretchable fabrics like lycra, single jersey, open width knitted tulle, tricot, etc.
Material feeding is done by having the fabric unrolled by means of continuous conveyor belts that move in synchronization with machine’s spreading speed.
Standard Encoder system; to provide accurate measurement of the marker length, programmable to the layer length to be spread.

Splice places can be set into the PLC memory and when required the machine can be returned to the nearest splice point automatically.
Extra dancer-bar feels fabric tension and adjustment fabric feeding mechanism. |

KONSAN fabric inspection and measurement machine have been designed and produced in order to prevent problem and cost increases that may rise in sewing department of apparel industry due to production faults on the fabric.
Two separate AC motors and control system equipped in winding & unwinding operation. Digital and programmable length measurements, top to bottom independent illumination are some keys in the machine.

Optional electronic width control system can increase material uses up to 2%
Optional cutting box attachment is useful to split big rolls to the order size rolls.
