A business is expected to read the demands of a diverse group of consumers., then manufacture a product that anticipates their needs. In the textile industry, fashion design must be translated from expression to reality. Machine technology is essential for producing the final product. Superior technology can stimulate designers to create something totally new, which further leads to new consumer demand.

On to products that are highly productive. This short creed reflects Barudan's basic attitude. The key lies in advanced mechatronics. The reliable technology of mechanisms and computer control will in the near future make the dream of production line operated exclusively by robots a reality. On the other hand, we are also working to supply information on the efficient usage of our maintenance and service. We set up the Barudan Research Center in 1992 to develop highly advanced products and realize good service. The Research Center receives the latest information from around the world, and develops New products that reflect this collected information. New equipment and facilities have now been developed that complement the embroidery machines manufactured by Barudan . For example, one showroom is now equipped with a unique computer system to show the latest embroidery technology; and a new , automated , multi-story warehouse has been built next to Barudan's head office, to better meet our user demands.

Barudan is proud of its flexible organization. Our sales staff functions as a bridge between users and the research staff, to develop new products that accurately reflect user demands. We manufacture the products that are actually demanded because of this communication between research and management staff, and between management and sales staff.

Barudan founded overseas production and service centers (including two local corporations) to provide the embroidery machines best suited to the embroidery cultures in different parts of the world. We have production center in the US (Barudan America) and France (Alsace Brance of Barudan). We also have worldwide service center. Barudan America for North and South America, Barudan Trading for Europe and Africa, Barudan China and Barudan Asia for South East Asia and the Middle East.
